My name is Melissa and I’ve been a reader since age 4. I grew up on Sweet Valley, Nancy Drew, and The Babysitter’s Club. I read mostly romance, but also some literary fiction, thrillers and the odd fantasy novel. Harry Potter is my all-time favourite and I’m a Gryffindor at heart (but have also had Ravenclaw come up a couple of times, so maybe a GryffinClaw?). I love to curl up with a good book and a big mug of tea.
By day, I work as an administrative manager and I love what I do and the team that I work with. I’m a passionate organizer and bullet journal enthusiast. I’m happily married to the most incredible man, who I met in a bookstore over 20 years ago. We have a son who is a reader just like us, but also a competitive chess player. I’m also passionate about yoga and trying to get better at weight training.
